Mini-360 synchronous buck module. Input is 4.75–23 V DC and the output is adjustable from 1.0–17 V. Peak current is 3 A and long-term current is 1.8 A. Efficiency is up to 96% at 340 kHz. The board is 17.5 × 11.5 mm and includes reverse-polarity and thermal shutdown guidance at 85 °C.
