MINI560 3.3 V Buck Converter

5–20 V input, fixed 3.3 V, cooling above 4 A

MINI560 synchronous buck module with a fixed 3.3 V output. Input is 5–20 V DC. Keep more than 1.7 V between input and output. Output current is under 5 A, and extra cooling is required above 4 A. Efficiency is up to 99% at 500 kHz. The board is about 30 × 18 mm.
